Happy garden times

 Last summer I bought few asparagus plants for my kitchen garden. It was late season sale, how could I not. The new plants survived the witch of a winter and seem to be doing great, even tho it is going to be probably couple more years before we can eat them. They are size of a tooth pick. To my surprise I  found few of the "original" old asparagus plants, just couple of  feet aside from my new bed.  I am eating those tonite. Happy garden times!
